What Did I Do?
Started the first non-profit 20 years ago to coin the term “life coaching”. Called what I do “life coaching” before the internet even existed.
Created and presented the number one program in the USA school system. Built my own home from the ground up (after the first burned to the ground….yikes).
In the country music industry for over 15 years. Work with high profile clients in professional sports and entertainment. Wrote and performed music for over 20 years.
Mastered music row (Nashville) politics. Elevate high level CEO’s depth of success.
Founded a youth boys basketball camp. Coached varsity level basketball.
Achieved a bachelor’s degree in communications/conflict resolution. Interventionalist. Co-founder of a Jail Mentor Program. Radio Show Host. Inspirational Speaker. Overall blessed to be one part of other’s success.
Raised by a single mother in a beautiful setting where there are more cows than people, I roamed the prairies and mountains in search of happiness. Riding motorcycles, building tree houses, playing music and sports, were just some of the daily routines I enjoyed.
I managed to get through high school with a diploma in basketball and a few grades. Upon graduation, one realizes the world is not built on natural born gifts.
After realizing outcomes and circumstances didn’t make me happy, I started fast down the road of finding who I was from the inside out.

I’ve suffered losses: (some chosen…some circumstance)
- Operation Real Estate Mogul ended in a $450,000.00 loss.
- Chose bad personal relationships over professional possibilities.
- Put the cart before the horse with no horse. Yeah, that’s possible!
- Worked a thought not a plan
- Death of my mother who raised my brother and I alone.
- A six-month marriage ended because I was an “entrepreneur.”
- Injury that prompted a full financial reboot
There ARNO Excuses.
You may have chased dreams, goals, or aspired for greatness as you set out to make it big.
It can be very frustrating to feel like you’ve made it or come close, only to run into destruction.
We often seek refuge in money dreams or outcomes:
“IF I ONLY HAD MONEY,” or “WHEN I FEEL BETTER…THEN I’LL…!”
How about this one, “WHEN THINGS SETTLE DOWN A BIT…I’LL…”
The list goes on and on with excuses, but here at the Jeremy Arno camp, “There ARNO Excuses.”
We often feel like we need confirmation to move forward or take that plunge. In our minds, we talk ourselves into believing there is a perfect time to get started living out our dream life.
I’ve tried both; jumping in the deep end of the pool not knowing how to swim, and avoiding water all together.
With some mistakes, hard times and worthwhile correction, I now swim through the sea of whatever comes my way and reach the other side.

When you can’t control the outcome, you become very aware of who you are and what life is really all about.
I was at the hands of a rogue prosecutor in a court case based on unsupported faulty claims that resulted in a “worse case scenario.”
My mother passed away in the middle of me fighting for my freedom. Amazingly so, I continued in the public eye and held my head high.
I KNOW WHO I AM and no OPINIONS could shake that.
I responded to this barrage by starting a ground breaking program in the neighboring county. Lies and judgment in one county and Lifting Lives in another! (Pretty cool what one can do with the right belief system).
You have this kind of resiliency too, and I’ll show you how to engage it!

I knew deep down inside I was doing the right thing by taking risks and putting myself out there. Tapping into my true passion coupled with the ability to adapt, I broke through the cage of SORROW and entered into a world of SATISFACTION.
Everything I had been through didn’t define me, it allowed for growth and continued fuel to an already burning desire. I choose to focus on the positives and hold myself accountable when it is me who is in my way.
